This course will be held outside on the grassy area at the front of County Hall.
Bootcamp fitness is about using exercise, the environment and teamwork to develop your own level of fitness and impact upon your physical and mental well being. Through unique sessions that are different every time you will be challenged in an exercise environment that is engaging and social - these are two of the most important elements in keeping you motivated to help meet your own fitness goals. The benefits of exercise are well known and the hardest part will be turning up!
Your Tutor will be Andy Turner. Andy is a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer. He has previously served in the Forces and the Police Service. He currently works in the charity sector as well as taking a variety of group exercise classes and one to one session work. He currently runs Bootcamps for British Military Fitness (BMF).
To comply with our cancellation policy and procedures, courses that do not have 8 leaners enrolled 2 weeks prior to the course start date may be cancelled. Learners that have enrolled on courses that may be subject to cancellation will be contacted 2 weeks prior to the start date to advise them this may happen.
