How to apply

All of the courses that we run and are available for you to apply for are advertised on our website: www.norfolk.gov.uk/education-and-learning/adult-learning/courses The easiest route for you to apply for a course is online. If this is your first time applying then you need to set up an account, otherwise you can simply log in using your email address or learner reference number and your password. For Leisurestream courses you can enrol yourself directly onto the course and make your payment using a debit or credit card. You can call us on 0344 800 8020 Monday to Friday 9am-5pm where one of our Customer Service Advisors will be able to help you to enrol or apply for your course.

How much does this course cost?

All of our Leisurestream courses are run purely on the fees that you as a learner pay as there are no government subsidies. Unfortunately this does mean that there are no concessions available so the full fee is applicable to everyone.

Where can I get additional support?

Financial support is not available for learners attending LeisureStream courses. If you feel that you need a course where support is available, we run a wide range of government supported courses that would be more suitable. For further information all of these courses are available on our website https://www.norfolk.gov.uk/education-and-learning/adult-learning.

If you have a learning difficulty, a disability or another reason for needing extra support in the classroom, we may be able to arrange support for you throughout your course.

On LeisureStream courses, the cost of extra support in class is £11 per hour, and this would be paid for by the individual learner or shared between a group of learners requiring support in a class. This will be discussed with you at the time when you apply for extra support.

We can also, at your own cost, arrange assessments for Dyslexia Screening.

You can contact the Learner Services Team on 01603 306551 or by email at learner.services@norfolk.gov.uk
